FOR COUPLES WHO KEEP HAVING THE SAME FIGHT

Stop Having the Same Fight in a Different Form.

The topic may change, but the pattern underneath it can feel painfully familiar. Break the Fight Cycle™ helps you recognize escalation earlier, understand what happens inside the cycle, and begin practicing a different response.

  • Recognize the conflict pattern before the conversation completely breaks down
  • Identify the reactions that can keep escalation moving
  • Practice practical responses for emotionally charged moments
  • Begin privately, online, and at your own pace

DIFFERENT TOPIC. FAMILIAR ENDING.

Does the Conversation Keep Ending in the Same Place?

Maybe it starts with money. Chores. Parenting. Intimacy. A text message. Family. A tone of voice. The subject changes—but the emotional sequence can feel remarkably familiar.

“Here we go again.”

You can almost predict where the conversation is headed before either of you knows how to stop it.

One person pushes. One pulls away.

The more one person tries to resolve it, the more the other may defend, withdraw, shut down, or push back.

You say things you regret.

By the time emotions peak, you're no longer having the conversation you originally intended to have.

The argument ends. The residue remains.

Even after the words stop, distance, frustration, defensiveness, or hurt may still be there.

The topic matters. But sometimes the bigger opportunity is learning to recognize the pattern that takes over once conflict begins.
WATCH FIRST

Why the Same Fight Keeps Finding Its Way Back

Changing the subject of the argument doesn't necessarily change the pattern underneath it. In just a few minutes, discover why recognizing that pattern earlier can give you a better opportunity to respond differently.

Why recurring conflict can begin to feel so predictable.
What escalation can look like before the conversation breaks down.
Why Break the Fight Cycle™ begins with awareness before deeper change and repair.
START WITH THE FIRST THREE MODULES

Three Modules. One Critical First Goal.

Learn to see the cycle sooner—before trying to solve every relationship problem at once.

1

See the Cycle

Escalation Circuit™

Begin identifying the sequence that can take a conversation from a trigger to defensiveness, escalation, and disconnection.

2

Catch Escalation

7 Escalation Styles™

Learn to notice the ways people may react when they feel threatened, unheard, criticized, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

3

Interrupt the Pattern

C.A.L.M.™ Basics

Practice a structured way to slow the interaction down and create more room for an intentional response.

WHAT IF YOU CAUGHT IT SOONER?

Imagine Recognizing the Shift 30 Seconds Earlier.

Thirty seconds may not sound like much. But noticing the pattern before the conversation reaches full escalation can create a very different opportunity.

NOTICE IT

Recognize the Shift

Notice the moment the interaction begins changing from discussion to escalation.

KNOW YOUR MOVE

Recognize Your Response

Become more aware of what you typically do when you feel criticized, ignored, overwhelmed, or misunderstood.

INTERRUPT IT

Practice an Alternative

Build a practiced response so your only option isn't the automatic reaction you've used before.

Break the Fight Cycle Escalation Style Assessment
THIS GETS PERSONAL

Don't just learn about conflict. Discover what you tend to do when it gets hard.

You may already know that yelling, shutting down, getting defensive, or pushing harder doesn't help. The harder question is: What do you actually reach for when pressure rises?

Identify your escalation tendencies. See the responses you are most likely to reach for when a conversation starts feeling unsafe, frustrating, or overwhelming.
Connect your style to the cycle. Understand how your response can interact with your partner's response and keep the same sequence going.
Know where to interrupt your part. Awareness gives you a clearer place to begin practicing a more intentional Chosen Move.
When you can recognize your pattern, the next conversation stops being quite so mysterious.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS NOTICED

Change Often Starts Before Anyone Else Can See It.

These are participant experiences of recognizing escalation, changing responses, and approaching recurring conflict differently. They are not promises of perfect relationships or guaranteed results.

I get stressed at home and work. I take it out on my spouse more. This program helped me recognize my patterns before I exploded. Our conversations became calmer, and we repaired faster than we had in years.
PARTICIPANT FEEDBACK
Identifying details limited for privacy
We kept having the same fight about money every few weeks— same words, different night. After Module 3, I could feel it starting and actually said something different. We haven't had that fight in two months.
M. & J.
Married 6 years
I was an 8 out of 10 when escalating. After the course, I'm not a 3 and leaning toward a 2 out of 10. There's no need to escalate anymore.
J.O.
Media Manager
“This is the first time in my life I stopped yelling!”
PARTICIPANT FEEDBACK
“I expected generic relationship advice, but this was different. The framework helped us recognize our reactions and stop making things worse during disagreements.”
JESSICA L.
Early participant feedback has been encouraging. The program has been refined using participant insights to strengthen the learning experience and practical application.

QUESTIONS?

Before You Decide...

Can my partner and I share one individual enrollment?

No. Individual Starter Series and Complete Program purchases provide access for one individual and are not intended to be shared between two people.

If both you and your partner want program access, choose the Couples Complete Program option.

What if my partner doesn't want to participate?

That's okay. You can begin with an individual enrollment and work through the training on your own.

Break the Fight Cycle™ can help you become more aware of your own conflict patterns, escalation responses, and opportunities to respond differently. Your partner does not have to enroll for you to begin learning.

What's the difference between the Individual Complete Program and the Couples Complete Program?

The Individual Complete Program provides one person with access to Modules 1–7.

The Couples Complete Program is the purchase option for two partners who both want access to the Complete Program.

Individual program access is not intended to be shared.

Can I start with the $97 Starter Series and upgrade later?

Yes. You can begin with Modules 1–3 for $97. If you later choose the available $300 Starter-to-Complete upgrade, your $97 Starter purchase applies toward the Complete Program, bringing your total investment to $397.

The resulting Complete Program enrollment remains individual access for one person. If both partners want access, choose the Couples Complete Program.

Can I purchase Break the Fight Cycle™ as a gift?

Yes. You can purchase the Complete Program using the Gift Complete Program option.

The gift is intended to provide program access to the recipient rather than allowing the purchaser to share an individual login.

Is my purchase a subscription?

No. Break the Fight Cycle™ enrollment is sold as a one-time purchase, not a monthly subscription.

How long do I have access?

Your purchase includes ongoing access to the program materials included with your enrollment for as long as Break the Fight Cycle™ and its training platform remain active and available. You can work through the training at your own pace and return to the material during that time.

Do I have to share my relationship problems with a group?

No. Break the Fight Cycle™ is private, self-paced online relationship training. There is no required group workshop or requirement to share your personal relationship story with strangers.

Do we have to complete the program at the same time?

No. If you purchase Couples access, each partner can work through the material at a pace that works for them.

You may choose to discuss and practice the material together, but you do not have to move through every lesson at exactly the same time.

Is Break the Fight Cycle™ couples therapy?

No. Break the Fight Cycle™ is educational, skills-based relationship training. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for appropriate professional services.

What if we've been having the same conflicts for years?

Long-standing patterns usually do not disappear simply because someone learns a new phrase or communication technique.

Break the Fight Cycle™ is designed to help you recognize recurring patterns, understand escalation more clearly, and begin practicing different responses. It does not promise immediate resolution of long-standing relationship difficulties.

How do I get access after I purchase?

After successful enrollment, program access instructions are sent using the email address entered during checkout.

Because access is connected to the purchaser or enrolled participant, use an email address you can access and keep your individual login information private.

What if I don't receive my access email?

First check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered email folders and confirm that you are checking the same email address used during checkout.

If you still cannot locate your access instructions, contact program support so your enrollment can be verified and your access instructions resent.

What if there is coercion, intimidation, threats, or violence in my relationship?

Break the Fight Cycle™ is not designed to make abusive or unsafe situations safe through better communication.

If there is coercive control, intimidation, threats, violence, or concern for someone's safety, appropriate safety-focused and qualified professional support should take priority.

Important: Break the Fight Cycle™ provides educational relationship skills and self-awareness training. It is not emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, or crisis care.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIX EVERYTHING TODAY

The Next Fight Doesn't Have to Follow the Same Script.

Start by learning to recognize the cycle sooner. Choose the level of training that fits where you are today, and begin working through it privately at your own pace.
